Direct trains and frequent buses from Kraków (~2 h). From the station it is a 15–20 minute walk to Szkolna, or about 5 minutes by taxi.

Around the house

Krupówki — with dozens of restaurants and cafés — is a five-minute walk: close enough to pop out for dinner, far enough that you never hear it. Four minutes the other way is the lower station of the Gubałówka funicular, with a grocery store on the way.

The Tatra National Park trailheads (Dolina Białego, Dolina Strążyska) are within walking distance, and in winter a few minutes' drive takes you to the Wielka Krokiew ski jump or Kasprowy Wierch — while Gubałówka is easiest of all: just ride the funicular from down the street.
