Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Need different times? Let us know before arrival — if the cleaning schedule allows, we are happy to adjust.
Check-in is self-service: your key waits in a lockbox by the gate, and we send you the access details and directions before arrival. No need to agree on a time — arrive whenever suits you from 4 pm, late evening included.
Yes — free private parking on the property, one space per apartment. Navigation pin: Szkolna 16/2, Zakopane.
From Kraków it is about 2 h by car on the Zakopianka road (S7/DK47), and about 2 h by direct train or bus. From Kraków Airport (KRK) there are direct buses to Zakopane; we can help arrange a private transfer on request.
Yes. Each apartment has a 160 × 200 bed and a sofa bed, so both sleep up to 4. In the Stream Apartment the sofa bed is in a separate, non-walk-through living room — often handier with kids. Travelling with a small child? Write to us — we will suggest the better fit.
Yes — pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please write to us before booking; an additional cleaning fee applies for pets.
No — the whole house, balconies and terrace included, is strictly non-smoking, e-cigarettes too. It is a timber house from 1933, so open flames — candles, barbecues, fireworks — are not allowed anywhere on the property either.
Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette: induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Welcome sets — towels and toiletries — are ready on arrival.
Yes — fast, free Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs in each apartment.
The best rate is always direct with us — pick your dates in the calendar on the apartment page or email book@cembrazakopane.pl, we reply within a few hours. The minimum stay depends on the season; the calendar shows it when you choose your dates.
